Business Agility Consultant and SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT) candidate

Lindy Quick is a SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT) candidate and a Lean-Agile Transformation Coach with over 20 years of experience ranging from software application development, database administration, test automation, cyber-physical solution development and executive leadership.

Lindy has industry experience that includes manufacturing, insurance, federal government and defense. She has coached multiple Large Solution Agile Transformations and has an aptitude for process improvement and education.

Most recently, Lindy has been Leading and Coaching Transformation efforts at FDA, and in multiple sectors at Northrop Grumman. Prior to Northrop Grumman, Lindy was Associate Vice President of Technology Development at Guardian Life Insurance with responsibility for agile transformation as well as operational management and support of the IT organization.

She also spent 15 years at Social Security Administration in various roles including software developer, database administrator, Deputy Center Director for the Kansas City Region, and Senior Advisor to the Chief Program Officer of the Disability Case Processing System.

Lindy holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in German and Computer Science from DoaneUniversity and received her MBA from Baker University.
