I-Wen holds an MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management and has broad experience leading transformations for clients in various industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, financial, and defense— across six continents. Her breadth of experience and her approach to creating a positive environment for change has led to her repeated recognition by clients as their ‘key change champion.’

As a SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT), I-Wen has extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma and helping clients transition from traditional waterfall to scaling Lean-Agile. She has a passion for coaching and training.
