Robert Blechman is a global business transformation leader focused on merger/acquisition integration, business growth, turnarounds and organizational change. For over 20 years, he has led engagements delivering high impact results at many of the world’s leading companies including AT&T, Chevron, Cisco, France Telecom, GE, Hearst, McKesson, Varian and Wells Fargo. He is known for bringing a high degree of collaboration, clarity and a “can do” approach to solving complex business challenges. Rob has deep experience in management consulting for M&A, operational improvement, technology and business growth initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. He was also a co-founder, President and Board member of Soltima, Inc., a Silicon Valley venture backed communications software company.

Rob is currently supporting the global integration and growth of two acquisitions, leading channel development across 50 countries, market entry into China, building operational capability, and serving as the relationship manager with key corporate and government stakeholders.

Rob received his MBA in International Management and Finance from New York University, a BA in History from Tulane University, and is a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
