Getting to a Large Solution

Your organization has several Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and now is contemplating whether there is a need to formalize a Large Solution to coordinate the work of these ARTs. Several patterns emerge, and depending on the nature of the dependencies across the ARTS, you should choose pragmatically and appropriately. As always, the goal is to organize for the best flow of value.
