Debbie Brey

Debbie Brey retired as a Technical Fellow from Boeing in 2024 after a 38-year career. She introduced and advanced Boeing’s working methods using a combination of Agile, Lean, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Debbie founded the Boeing Enterprise Agile Center of Excellence, where she focused on growing an internal Agile coaching capability and increasing the overall outcomes of business agility at Boeing.

Brey started her career as a software engineer in the F-22 program. She was one of the catalysts in bringing Agile into Boeing and leveraging those benefits beyond software organizations and products. She achieved recognition for her continued pursuit of improving outcomes by simplifying and clarifying guidance around Agile ways of working at Boeing, specifically how these methods could be embraced for cyber-physical systems.

With over 38 years of experience driving a lean-agile business transformation across the enterprise, Brey is a sought-after expert in improving business and organizational processes and developing software solutions. She holds multiple certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc., including SAFe® Practice Consultant Trainer and SAFe® Fellow designation.

Robin Yeman

Robin Yeman brings over 25 years of experience and proven ability to identify and evaluate market needs, build opportunities, and provide solutions leveraging best practices from Lean, Agile, and DevSecOps. Before joining Project & Team, Yeman spent almost three decades at Lockheed Martin advising entire product lifecycles and driving multi-billion dollar revenues by focusing on speed and agility.

Robin is a SAFe Fellow & SPCT with extensive experience in the continuous delivery of large cyber-physical systems.
