Course Instructor
Cindy VanEpps’s first job out of college was crafting Space Shuttle Flight Design Software at Johnson Space Center. Over the subsequent years she has been a software developer, technical lead, development manager, consultant, and solution developer.
She has worked with numerous system engineering companies and with each she has proven success at helping transform traditional waterfall and highly regulated environments to agile and scaled agile practices.
In Cindy’s published thought leadership, teaching and consulting she has proven a wealth of knowledge and creativity but more importantly she brings pragmatism to the application of Agile practices. She “practices what she preaches” on the importance of focus on principles and evolving the specific practices based on both relentless improvement and application of the principles in the way that provides most economic benefit.
As a SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT) her pragmatic approach and entertaining style make her a fan favorite.
