Course Summary
Become a leading agent for change—and enable your enterprise to succeed in a disruptive marketplace—when you certify as a SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC). During this multi-day course, you will learn how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation by leveraging the practices and principles of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), as well as the five core competencies of the Lean Enterprise. You will also gain insights and practice how to coach programs, launch Agile Release Trains, build a Continuous Delivery Pipeline with DevOps culture, and build a Lean Portfolio. The first half of the course—Leading SAFe®—will provide you with the basis to teach SAFe to leaders. The second half focus exclusively on what it takes to successfully implement SAFe in the enterprise.

Prerequisites
All stakeholders in a Lean-Agile transformation are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe® Program Consultant certification exam and practice as a SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC):
5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management
3+ years of experience in Agile
One or more relevant Agile certifications
Course Instructor
Robin Yeman brings over 25 years of experience and proven ability to identify and evaluate market needs, build opportunities, and provide solutions leveraging best practices from Lean, Agile, and DevSecOps. Before joining Project & Team, Yeman spent almost three decades at Lockheed Martin advising entire product lifecycles and driving multi-billion dollar revenues by focusing on speed and agility.
Robin is a SAFe Fellow & SPCT with extensive experience in the continuous delivery of large cyber-physical systems. From submarines to space and biometrics to robotics, Yeman has supported most government agencies, including the intelligence community, federal space, Department of Defense, both domestic and international.
Robin is a Project & Team’s Strategic Advisory Board Member and is the Director of Cyber-Physical Advisory Practice.
Audrey Boydston is an experienced Lean-Agile coach, trainer, speaker and SAFe Program Consultant Trainer.
As a Certified Trainer for ‘Training from the BACK of the Room!’ and a Certified Facilitator in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials, her focus is on engaging her audiences and creating a love for lifelong learning through each workshop she creates and delivers.
Audrey has spent the majority of her career working for large enterprises in the financial services industry, including GE, Citigroup, Sears, Discover, HSBC, and Capital One. As an Agile Coach at Capital One, she launched a Community of Practice for around 75 SAFe Program Consultants from across the enterprise.
